🎡 What is TWINVOTE?

TWINVOTE is a playful decision spinner app with 47 built-in wheels across 9 categories. Can't decide where to eat? Who should do the dishes? What to watch tonight? Pick a spinner, give it a spin, and let fate decide. You can also create custom wheels, spin community-made wheels, earn achievements, and level up your Lucky Level.

📂 Browsing categories

The home page shows 9 categories organised into two tabs: Life & Fun (Quick Decisions, Food, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Productivity, Fun) and Groups (Family, Classroom, Team). Tap a category to browse all spinners inside it, then tap any spinner to open the wheel and start spinning.

🎯 Spinning a wheel

Open any wheel and press the big SPIN button. The wheel spins with a satisfying animation, tick sounds, and a celebratory confetti burst when the result is revealed. Your spin counts toward achievements and your Lucky Level XP. A screen-reader announcement also reads out the result for accessibility.

After spinning, you can Spin again, Share the result with a fun creative tagline and a link to the wheel, or Copy link to share the wheel itself. Your spin history is saved at the bottom of the page.

For a surprise, try a Mystery wheel — all option labels are hidden, and only the result is revealed.

🛠️ Creating a wheel

Head to the Builder to create your own decision spinner. Give it a name, pick an emoji, and add options — these are the choices the wheel will land on. You can also add an optional description to explain what the wheel is for.

• Standard mode — every option has an equal chance of being picked. Fair and square.
• Weighted mode— assign weights to each option. Higher weight = more likely to land on it. Great for "mostly pizza but sometimes salad" scenarios.
• Make this wheel public — tick the checkbox to share it with the community on the Discover page. Others can spin and import your creation to their own collection.

To edit an existing wheel, open it from My Wheels and tap the Customise button. Deleting a wheel is also available from My Wheels with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidents.

🌍 Discover & community

The Discover page shows community-created wheels ranked by total spins. Anyone can browse the leaderboard to see what others have made.

Sign in required to spin. Only authenticated users can spin community wheels. When you click a wheel without signing in, you'll be prompted to sign in or create an account. Once signed in, you'll also see who created each wheel alongside their display name.

Signed-in spins only. Only spins performed by signed-in users count towards the total spin count shown on the leaderboard. This keeps the rankings fair and prevents bots from inflating numbers.

If you like a community wheel, tap the Import button to save a copy to your My Wheels library — you can then customise it to your liking.

☁️ Account & cloud sync

Sign in to save your wheels, achievements, and spin history to the cloud. Your data syncs across devices — spin on your phone, check your stats on your laptop. Sign in with email + password or use a magic link sent to your inbox.

Anonymous users can still spin built-in wheels without an account. Creating custom wheels, publishing to Discover, and earning achievements require signing in.

🏆 Achievements & Lucky Levels

Earn XP by spinning wheels, creating wheels, sharing results, and maintaining daily spin streaks. Accumulating XP raises your Lucky Level — see Lucky Levels for the full breakdown from 🌱 Seedling to ⚡ Lightning. Achievement badges appear on your profile page, and a toast notification pops up when you unlock a new one.

📊 Creator dashboard

Once you've published public wheels, visit your Dashboard to see stats like total spins across your wheels, your most popular wheel, average spins per wheel, and a live feed of recent spin activity. A great way to see how the community is using your creations.

💰 Pricing & plans

TWINVOTE has a generous free tier and two paid plans: Plus (£4.99/month) and Pro (£39.99/year). Paid plans increase your daily spin limit, custom wheel slots, published wheel count, spin history retention, and unlock premium features like custom themes and priority support.

Need a one-time boost? Credit packs (Starter, Booster, Party) give you extra spins and wheel slots — buy once, use anytime. Credits never expire.

🔧 Sound, theme & accessibility

Use the sound toggle (🔊/🔇) in the toolbar to enable or mute spin sound effects. The theme toggle (◐) lets you cycle through System, Light ("Arcade Pop"), and Dark ("Midnight Carnival") modes — your preference is saved automatically.

TWINVOTE respects your device's reduced-motion setting and provides screen-reader announcements for spin results. A "Skip to main content" link is available on every page for keyboard navigation.
